MOKORO WOODEN PLANTER (BOTSWANA)
- Description
A mokoro is a traditional dugout canoe used in the Okavango Delta and Chobe River in Botswana for transportation and wildlife viewing. It's propelled by a poler standing in the stern and pushing against the riverbed with a long pole, similar to punting.
These replica mokoros are made in the same way and make for excellent planters that can be suspended from a ceiling or look great as a table centre piece.
Medium - Approx 1.2m long x .15m wide
