Please note all prices on this website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.
Shipping / freight is NOT calculated at the checkout due to your delivery address, and the unique size, weight and fragility of each item. You will be notified via email/SMS/phone with a calculated shipping cost which will need to be paid over the phone prior to dispatch. You will also be advised of delivery timing.

PICK UP
Pick up will be available from a location in Sydney. We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of our address and work out a time suitable to both parties.
DAMAGES
Art & Soul Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We ensure all our items are well packed for handling. Once the package leaves us and is collected via one of our Couriers it is then their responsibility on how it is handled. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CLOSING DOWN SALE TERMS
As we wind down operations, we are offering final clearance prices on all remaining inventory. Please note the following terms apply to all purchases made during this period.
All sales are final - We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will continue to honour claims for items that are faulty or not as described. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email jacqui@artandsoulcollective.com.au or call 042169074 within 7 days of receiving your order, to arrange a resolution.
